Good Morning from Temecula

I have a nice view from the balcony of my room. This is a very dog friendly hotel. I don’t golf, but Toby enjoyed a run on the golf course last night. He loved all the open space. I took him off the leash and let him run.

I will be working from the hotel this morning. Things are going really well. After 2 years of being understaffed, I moved and built a team of people I am really excited about. I really believe in this group of people. I found a group of people who have been overlooked in the job market and have a chip on their shoulders to show the world what they can do. I feel very good about the future. We are busy, and new work keeps coming in. I am a very lucky person, and it feels particularly so as I sit here enjoying this beautiful Temecula morning.

Enjoy the day. That view should easily make up for the fact you are working from a hotel. Pop out onto the balcony with a cup of coffee and Toby. Temecula is very nice, especially this time of year. I need to get down there soon.

I’m working from my hotel today, but the view isn’t nearly as nice. Allergies that haven’t bothered me for years kicked in this week and now it sounds like I’m trying to cough up a lung. That’s not exactly conducive to a positive work environment!
